International Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive International Business Development Manager to support expansion across Western, Southern, and Eastern European markets.

This role focuses on market development, opportunity qualification, and structured sales support for strategic SAP and IT services offerings.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT services or software outsourcing and a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in software development outsourcing, IT services or consulting sales support (mandatory requirement);
  • Experience working with enterprise clients;
  • Experience in RFP analysis and proposal coordination;
  • Experience working in a software outsourcing company;
  • Background in sales operations, pre-sales, or inside sales;
  • Experience in B2B enterprise environments;
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles (6–12+ months);
  • Understanding of the SAP ecosystem is a strong plus.

Languages (mandatory):

  • English proficiency at C1+ level;
  • Proficiency at B2+ level in at least one of the following languages: French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian.

  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • Structured and process-driven approach to work;
  • High level of discipline in CRM usage;
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-border environment;
  • Proactive personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target companies in assigned countries;
  • Monitor public and private tenders (RFP platforms, SAP ecosystem, and industry portals);
  • Conduct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls);
  • Qualify leads using structured frameworks (budget, authority, need, timeline);
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with decision-makers;
  • Prepare customized presentations and initial commercial materials;
  • Support proposal development and RFP preparation;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting discipline;
  • Coordinate with senior hunters to support deal progression;
  • Build effective local-language communication bridges.
