Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will own and develop our web funnels.
This role is not about user acquisition or traffic buying.
This role focuses on improving web funnels as a revenue system. You will manage the web funnel from the first interaction through to purchase, identifying weak points, testing improvements, and scaling proven solutions. You will also collaborate closely with UA, product, creative, and analytics teams to improve revenue and conversion.

Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote) or remotely

own and improve web funnels for B2C utility products (from first interaction to purchase);

work with quiz flows, pre-paywall steps, paywalls, and post-paywall screens;

find growth opportunities inside the funnel: where users drop off, hesitate, or don’t convert;

plan and run experiments to improve conversion and revenue;
-
improve paywalls, offers, pricing, and messaging together with the creative team;
-
analyze funnel performance and user behavior to understand what works and what doesn’t;
-
scale successful experiments and stop the ones that don’t work;
-
work closely with product, creative, and analytics to turn insights into changes;
-
keep funnel structure, experiments, and learnings well documented.
What We Expect from You:

2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, product or similar roles working with web funnels;
-
experience with B2C utility/productivity/health&fitness/edtech/wellness or other subscription based products;
-
strong understanding of web funnel conversions, paywalls, pricing, and offers;
-
hands-on experience running experiments, A/B tests and improving funnel performance;
-
ability to analyze funnel data and understand why users convert or drop off;
-
experience working closely with UA, creative, product and analytics teams;
-
structured way of thinking: you test ideas, learn from results, and iterate;
-
ownership mindset — you focus on outcomes, not just tasks;
-
comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with constant changes.
