We are BLD Soft, a product IT company building a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions – streaming, CDN, and middleware – ensure stable performance for millions of users.
We're currently looking for a UX/UI Designer who will take part in developing creative solutions for our products.

What you’ll do:

• Support and adjustment of existing project interfaces to solve complex workflow and user interaction problems.

• Design of new functionality and UX improvement.

• Close collaboration with developers and QA.

• Maintenance of interface implementation: quality control of implementation by developers.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years experience in digital product design.

• Experience in mobile and web interface design (Android, iOS, web);

• Confident work in Figma (variables, styles, etc.).

• Understanding the principles of creating a good UX/UI, the specifics and limitations of web interfaces.

• Systems thinking, multitasking and a pixel-perfect attitude to work.

• Ability to generate detailed concepts from scratch.

• Ability to present your work in a reasoned way.

• Ability to work in a cooperation with design team-members.

• Adequate perception of criticism, ability to self-criticism.

• Intermediate English level proficiency (written and spoken).

• Current portfolio, preferably with 1-2 actual projects.

Nice-to-Have:

• Have experience in creating media applications for TV (Apple TV, LG, Samsung, Roku).

• Have experience in creating complex interfaces (SaaS products, corporate systems, e-commerce, etc.).

• Have experience in animating elements/interfaces (Protopie, Principle, AE, Figma, etc.).

• Understanding of IPTV, OTT market, needs, trends is a plus.
