Head of Marketing in an AI Startup

AI startup building an interactive adult entertainment product (AI girlfriend and roleplay). We're profitable, growing, and backed by technology that's already proven in the market.

• $120K+ monthly recurring revenue

• ~10 person team across product, engineering, content, and marketing

• International audience, primarily US and Europe

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own our growth strategy end-to-end — from acquisition to retention — and scale what's already working.

The Role:

You will lead all marketing efforts and be accountable for revenue growth. This includes:

• Defining and executing marketing strategy across paid, organic, and partnership channels

• Building a distinctive brand in a competitive niche

• Structuring the marketing team's work and processes for consistent, measurable output

Scope:

The marketing strategy covers these areas:

• Performance Marketing — Google, Meta, TikTok, RTB; campaign optimization with a focus on ROI

• SEO — long-term organic traffic strategies

• Affiliates & Partnerships — building and managing CPA/RevShare networks

• Email Marketing — segmentation, automation, lifecycle nurture flows

• SMM — corporate and AI character social accounts for lead generation

• RTB / Programmatic — auction platforms, creative A/B testing, traffic quality evaluation

• Creative & Growth — viral mechanics, referral programs, experimentation

• Collaborations — OnlyFans models and other partnership formats

• Brand & PR — positioning, content strategy, media, influencer relations

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Proven track record of scaling a digital product or startup internationally, with revenue growth to $5M+

• Real experience in the Adult industry — you understand the traffic, creatives, channels, and audience dynamics of this niche. AI segment experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Experience building and managing a marketing team: hiring, processes, accountability

Skills

• Strong technical foundation: tracking, attribution, integrations, BI tools, ad network infrastructure (RTB, VAST, programmatic), APIs

• Deep marketing expertise across multiple channels — performance, SEO, affiliates, email, SMM. Not just theory: hands-on knowledge of what actually works

• Data-driven decision-making: you work with dashboards, set analytical tasks, and build arguments on metrics, not intuition

• Active use of AI tools in daily work: content generation, analytics, automation. We build an AI product — marketing should think in the same paradigm

Mindset

• Hands-on operator, not just a strategist — you know the industry playbook and can get creative when the standard approach doesn't cut it

• Highly organized: clear planning, structured execution, deadline discipline — for yourself and your team
