Responsibilities:

• Route Management: Efficiently plan and update delivery routes to optimize time, fuel, and resources utilization.
• Communication: Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely updates on delivery statuses, delays, or route changes.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery schedules, and customer details.
• Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns by promptly adjusting routes and informing relevant parties
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards in all route planning and update activities.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, estimated arrival times, and any concerns.

Requirements:

- English and Russian fluency: Strong proficiency in both English and Russian languages is essential for effective communication.

- Eager to work long night shifts: Willingness to work night shifts is required for this role.

- Proficiency in office software: Demonstrated proficiency in office software, including Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel.
