- Oversee administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and interpretation/translation services
- Develop and manage asset control systems
- Lead internal procurement processes, including vendor management, negotiations, and cost optimization
- Manage building and facility
- Establish operational KPIs, monitor service standards
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures
- Lead and develop the Operations team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and prepare operational reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in operations/administration, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of procurement, asset and facilities management
- Experience in a multinational or structured corporate environment preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of compliance and operational risk
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English required; Russian and local languages are a plus
