- Ensure a positive, safe, and motivating classroom environment that fosters respect and active participation.
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.0
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and provide support to the lead teacher during classes.
- Flexible and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
