Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable sales growth across the cluster.

Lead commercial negotiations and structure contracts with key partners, including distributors and major retail chains.

Oversee multi-channel distribution strategy, with a focus on pharmacy, modern trade, and specialized cosmetics retail.

Partner with marketing to execute impactful brand activations and optimize marketing programs based on performance data.

Manage and enhance distributor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Take full ownership of the P&L, utilizing strong pricing strategies to deliver a positive contribution margin.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics/Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
-
5–8+ years of progressive experience in FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Healthcare, or Pharma.

Proven track record of successful commercial negotiations and contract structuring.

Solid experience in multi-channel distribution (Pharmacy, Modern Trade, Cosmetics Retail).

Strong background in marketing execution and brand management.

Significant advantage: Prior experience managing distributors.
