Working Hours

14:00 - 23:00 (2 pm to 11 pm) Tashkent time

Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and
provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate
benefits and features.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat
business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system to track progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales
strategies.

• Strong command of English, particularly in conversational and listening skills
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building
customer relationships. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers,
understanding their needs, and promoting our services to close sales. This position
requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the
right solutions.
