Due to company growth, our friendly SolveIt team is looking for a Project Manager who will help us achieve our goals and successfully deliver our projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Own scope management and prevent uncontrolled expansion.
- Maintain and actively manage the RAID log, RACI matrix, etc.
- Monitor authority model decisions and escalate deviations.
- Ensure milestone-based validation and formal acceptance checkpoints.
- Manage the change control process for any scope modifications.
- Maintain alignment between budget envelope and delivery progress.
- Coordinate executive-level status reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
BA Requirements:
- Translate validated requirements into structured, implementation-ready artifacts.
- Align functional requirements, business rules, data authority boundaries, and integration field mappings to user stories.
- Develop clear acceptance criteria.
- Trace requirements through design, development, and QA.
- Support UAT coordination and validation sign-off.
- Ensure requirements remain aligned to documented behavioral contracts, not UI-level assumptions.
