Andersen is hiring a Business Architect to build a scalable, high-load payment gateway platform with integrated AI tools, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless integration with banking systems.
The customer is a leading organization dedicated to driving innovation and digital transformation across multiple sectors. Specializing in areas such as fintech, automation, and AI, the company plays a crucial role in shaping industry advancements. By fostering collaboration, supporting startups, and investing in cutting-edge solutions, the customer significantly contributes to the growth of the regional ecosystem and the broader adoption of digital technologies.
The project is focused on building a new payment gateway platform that integrates payment tools and AI components. The initiative aims to create a scalable, high-load, and regulatory-compliant architecture capable of processing transactions, managing risks, and integrating with banking and external payment ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and maintaining the enterprise business architecture for payments.
- Translating business strategy into business capabilities, value streams and operating models.
- Designing payment ecosystem models, including cards, transfers, wallets and crossborder payments.
- Collaborating with technology teams to ensure business requirements are aligned with solution architectures.
- Defining and maintaining business capability maps for payment processing and banking services.
- Supporting product development initiatives.
- Working with stakeholders to define business KPIs and operating models.
- Analyzing market trends in fintech, payments and digital banking to support strategic decisions.
Must-haves:
- Experience in banking, fintech or payment processing environments for 7+ years.
- Strong experience with global payment ecosystems including instant payments, wallets and digital payments.
- Experience designing payment flows and transaction lifecycle processes.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of payment orchestration and clearing/settlement processes.
- Experience with banking product architecture.
- Level of English – от Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani.
