Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a Junior ML/AI Engineer In Belarus to help us develop our team.

Format: Full-time

Location: Minsk Office or Remote

What you'll do:

• Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models

• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for training models

• Support model training, evaluation, and optimization

• Work with Python-based ML libraries and frameworks

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production systems

• Participate in improving data pipelines and automation processes

• Document experiments, models, and results

Requirements

• Completed courses/internship

• Experience with Python in pet/commercial projects

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning algorithms

• Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Knowledge of data processing and analysis

• Familiarity with SQL and databases

• Understanding of model evaluation and validation techniques

• Experience with Git

• English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning

• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Knowledge of MLOps concepts

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Personal ML projects or Kaggle competitions
