Sales Associate

At Tianlu Digital Services, we build digital products, platforms, and tools for companies around the world, from startups to established businesses.

We have been in space for over 10 years and worked with 50+ clients, our work spans web apps, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions.

We are growing fast and looking for a Sales Associate Intern who could become head of Sales in the future enjoying the true miracles of tech world.

Remember, it`s not just internship for the sake of internship, it`s skin in the game where you will talk to real companies, help close real deals, experience awesome startup culture and above all, benefit from handsome commissions, initially.

What you will do?

Identify potential clients and opportunities

Reach out to companies via email, LinkedIn, or other channels

Help schedule meetings and discovery calls

Present Tianlu services in a clear and professional way

Support proposal preparation

Follow up with leads and help move deals forward

Work closely with our technical team to understand client needs

You will learn the entire sales process, from first contact to closing a project.

Who we are looking for?

Education is not the most important thing for us. We care more about your attitude and initiative.

You might be a good fit if you:

Communicate clearly and professionally

Are proactive and not afraid of rejection

Want to learn how business and technology work together

Organized and follow up on conversations

Have good English communication skills

Previous sales experience is nice but not required.

Compensation

For the first 3 months:

You will earn commission from each deal you help close

This allows you to start earning immediately based on results

After the initial period:

We will review your performance together

If everything goes well, the role can evolve into:

A paid salary position

Plus bonuses and commissions per deal
