YASHIL FERMA is a Hungarian–Uzbek joint venture and a fully integrated poultry cluster in the Syrdarya region of Uzbekistan, currently under construction.
For the Tashkent Head Office, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant to the CEO who is a strong, independent professional capable of managing priorities, controlling information flow, and supporting the CEO in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities with full ownership

Act as the first point of contact for CEO-related matters.

Filter, prioritize, and coordinate incoming requests to the CEO, ensuring focus on key priorities.

Prepare high-quality materials for meetings (presentations, reports, MoMs, follow-ups).

Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution across departments.

Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Organize business trips, meetings, and corporate events.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.

Anticipate issues, identify gaps, and solve problems proactively.

Support the CEO in daily operations and decision-making processes.

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO, aligned with the nature and scope of the role.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior management.

Experience working with top management, preferably in international or fast-paced environments.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

High level of proactivity and ownership, with the ability to maintain composure and sound judgment in dynamic situations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Diplomatic approach with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Fluency in English and Russian; Uzbek is a strong advantage.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, AI).

High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
