We are looking for a Middle Python Developer to join a team working on a flight booking system for one of our TravelTech clients.
About the role
- You will be part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining and improving a flight booking platform
- Proactive monitoring of key system metrics such as error rates and price mismatches
- Reactive handling of bugs and operational tickets
- Writing and maintaining tests for your own code as part of the development process
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experiencewith Python
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) - writing queries, debugging data issues, understanding schema structure
- Experience with shell scripting for automation, log inspection and operational tasks
- Experience writing unit and integration tests independently
- English proficiency: B2 level
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills for cross-border collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana
