Key Responsibilities :
- Support administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Prepare analytical and statistical data on compensation
- Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Monitor economic indicators (inflation, exchange rate, labor market data)
- Assist in payroll budget planning and bonus calculations
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Participate in HR projects and performance management programs
Job Requirements :
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, HR, Business or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (or 5–6 years in related fields)
- Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Level 4)
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Analytical and data processing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
