Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Participate in workforce planning and organizational design projects.
- Evaluate job positions for compensation and grading purposes.
- Support business units on organizational design and HR structure matters.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and organizational justifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation of Kazakhstan.
- Maintain and update job descriptions database in three languages.
- Participate in HR projects including compensation & benefits and headcount planning.
Job Requirements :
- Higher education in HR, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in organizational design, HR analytics, workforce planning, or compensation & benefits.
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and job grading principles.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
