We are looking for an experienced designer to become a key member of our product teams. You will own the full design cycle — from concept to handoff — and directly impact the quality of user experience across our products.

What you'll be doing:

• Full design cycle — from concept to ready-for-dev: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups

• Design system — building UI components with scalability in mind, maintaining consistency across platforms and products

• Cross-team collaboration — working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

• UX research — usability testing, collecting and integrating feedback into iterations

• Landing pages and marketing projects — delivering modern, polished visual results

What we're looking for:

• Figma — automatical layout, Components, Variants, Libraries. Systematic approach, not situational

• AI in workflow — Cursor, Figma AI, Claude as part of daily processes, automation — not experiments

• Tool proficiency — Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop and related tools

• Independence — task analysis, problem solving, clean handoff to development without micromanagement

• Frontend understanding — HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their limitations for proper dev handoff

• Portfolio — proven experience with real cases and a transparent design process

• Human-centered design — deep understanding of principles and methodologies

• Communication — ability to clearly present and argue design decisions to stakeholders

• UX research — experience conducting research and integrating feedback into improvements

• Attention to detail — analytical thinking and thoroughness

• Time management — strong self-organization and priority management

• Agile/Scrum — experience working in product teams; personal workflow format — Kanban
