Lead Post-Award Contracts Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our project team. This role is responsible for managing all post-award contractual activities, ensuring compliance, and protecting the Company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administration of EPC, FEED, engineering, and construction contracts
- Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and records
- Oversee change management processes (variations, claims, EOT)
- Provide contractual advice and identify risks/opportunities
- Support negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and variations
- Coordinate with project, legal, and commercial teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 8–12 years of experience in post-award contract administration (oil & gas / infrastructure projects)
- Strong experience with EPC/FEED contracts
- Proven expertise in change management and claims
- Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
