We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with solid recruitment experience in outsourcing/outstaffing environments who is ready to take the next step in their career, gain more ownership, and grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the recruitment process across multiple vacancies, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely results;
- Support the team in conducting interviews and help drive candidates through the hiring pipeline;
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and internal workflows;
- Lead and support a team of recruiters/sourcers (up to 5 people), helping them stay aligned with priorities and goals;
- Work closely with sales and clients to understand hiring needs and priorities;
- Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with business expectations;
- Establish and optimize internal recruitment workflows and best practices;
- Monitor team performance and contribute to improving recruitment metrics and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing companies;
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies;
- Proven experience managing multiple вакансий in a fast-paced environment;
- English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken);
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work independently;
- Motivation to grow into a Lead/Team Lead role.
