Role Overview

Responsible for driving regional market expansion and new market growth in Uzbekistan by integrating digital lead generation, refined social media operations, regional roadshows/exhibitions activation, new vehicle launch promotions, and full-funnel customer communication.

The role focuses on continuously acquiring high-quality leads and empowering dealers to achieve sustainable sales growth. Candidates must demonstrate strong adaptability to modern digital marketing trends, including content-driven marketing, social media–based private traffic, data automation, and AI tool applications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Roadshows, Exhibitions & New Vehicle Launch Promotion (Offline Digital Integration)

• Execute integrated marketing initiatives for multi-city regional roadshows, exhibitions, and new product launch events.
• Work closely with dealers to ensure brand consistency on-site, localized communication strategies, and full sales team readiness.
• Develop and implement pre-event, on-site, and post-event digital traffic and conversion strategies to increase footfall, test drives, and sales conversion.
• Coordinate content creation and distribution during events, including short videos, Stories, live streaming, KOL/influencer collaborations, and media exposure.
• Manage event performance with a results-driven mindset, tracking KPIs such as visitor traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, test drives, orders, and regional conversion rates.
• Conduct post-event reviews, deliver data-driven reports, and build replicable regional growth models.

2. Social Media & BYD APP Operations and Customer Communication Management

• Manage the daily operation of official social media platforms and the BYD App, including follower engagement and brand voice management.
• Establish standardized online customer communication workflows, covering direct messages, comments, form leads, inquiry conversion, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Monitor user feedback and online sentiment, promptly address customer issues, and safeguard brand reputation.

3. Digital Performance, Data Analysis & Growth Optimization

• Manage and optimize performance across social media platforms; monitor full-funnel data (impressions clicks leads test drives sales) and drive granular optimization.
• Collaborate with digital agencies to ensure efficient execution, content testing, and data feedback loops.
• Manage website content updates, campaign landing pages, online forms, and integration with dealer systems.
• Proactively apply AI and automation tools (e.g., content assistance, data analysis, lead management) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media operations, regional marketing, or sales activation.
• Hands on experience in social media account management and customer communication, with a clear understanding of the full journey from content to conversion.
• Experience with exhibitions, roadshows, automotive launches, or durable consumer goods product launches is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and multi-region project management capabilities; high execution ability with effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly sensitive to digital marketing trends; willing to continuously learn new platforms, tools, and approaches.
• Native Uzbek speaker, fluent in Russian; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
