Key responsibilities:

• Own delivery of data requests end-to-end — including requirement structuring, coordination with business teams and DWH, and validation
• Deep analysis of business processes and formalization of data requirements
• Work with DWH team: task setting, model review, UAT
• Participate in Data Quality projects — develop rules and quality metrics
• Contribute to the business glossary and data entity descriptions
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and workflow automation platforms.
• SQL — strong working level (ability to independently explore, join, and validate data across multiple sources)
• Understanding of DWH and data flows (sources transformations reporting)
• Ability to translate business needs into structured data requirements (BRDs, user stories)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem decomposition
• Data validation and quality assessment
• Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data

English — working level; Russian — fluent
