We are looking for the Human Resources Intern (Learning and Development) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty
What We Expect:
- Create and maintain L&D documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional projects involving L&D components.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS):
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Monitor data quality and consistency.
- Generate reports and analytics.
- Upload and update learning content.
- Support training preparation and logistics.
- Onboard new employees on how to use the internal LMS and access learning resources.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to monitor and support the official learning process.
- Create and publish posts on the corporate media platform about training programs
Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- English - Intermediate and above;
- Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail;
