We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Strategic Project Management team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized specialist who wants to grow in project management and participate in strategic banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and check business cases for projects launch
• Diagnose business processes and products performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare project execution reports
• Monitor projects implementation
• Monitor projects portfolio and analyze projects KPIs and business outcomes realization

Requirements

• Ability to assess project feasibility, costs, benefits, and risks

• Business process analysis and process improvement

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices

• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics&finance,

• 2+ year of experience in consulting, banking, or business
• Good command of English and Russian
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel, Visio
