Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 1111, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.
We are looking for a Producer to join the Shadow Fight 2 team.
Shadow Fight 2 is a globally popular mobile fighting game that blends classic 2D combat with RPG progression. Players master martial arts, collect weapons and armor, and battle unique enemies and bosses. The game features both a rich single-player campaign and a multiplayer RAIDS mode with clan-based co-op.
The Special Edition expands the lore with the story of young Sensei, while the Nintendo Switch version adds exclusive local PvP via Sparring Mode. With over 100M downloads and a loyal fanbase, it's a flagship title with ongoing support and development.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own a long-term product strategy aligned with business goals, game specifics, and audience expectations, and drive its execution.
- Manage priorities and resources: request resources, justify their impact on product and business metrics, and ensure their effective use.
- Build alignment across teams and disciplines, helping them move toward shared product goals and key game metrics.
- Make data-driven product decisions, analyze player behavior, identify product issues, and initiate changes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating a released midcore mobile game with active live-ops support (non-indie)
- Experience making product decisions based on analytics and core product metrics
- Ability to revisit hypotheses and adapt decisions based on feedback, changing context, and the current state of the game
What would be a plus:
- Experience leading a team or discipline (game design, analytics, production, etc.)
- Experience working with large audiences and long-lifecycle products
- Proactive mindset: ability to propose and advocate for product decisions
