Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline for AI dash cameras and fleet GPS solutions
  • Build relationships with trucking companies, fleet owners, logistics companies, and dispatch firms
  • Lead outbound sales efforts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Manage and train sales representatives
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
    • Fleet management
    • Trucking industry
    • Telematics
    • GPS tracking
    • SaaS or technology sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Fluent English required
  • Knowledge of the U.S. trucking market is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in trucking or logistics industry
  • Experience selling:
    • AI dash cameras
    • ELD systems
    • GPS tracking
    • Fleet safety solutions
