Preparation & implementation of a yearly marketing plan for the brand (based on the international strategy and activities developed in terms of new product
- Development and execution of brand, portfolio strategy including innovation pipeline to ensure brand growth in coloration category
- Leading brand positioning and communication updates to ensure brand equity development, execution of marketing campaigns
- Control P&L of brand and products, regularly controlling retail prices, costs of goods and margins, control marketing budget
- Proposal, implementation and analysis of all necessary market research activities for the brand and the related projects, together with Market research team
- Obtaining and analysis of all relevant market information concerning the brand (market shares, shares of voice, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors’ activities, etc)
- Leading cross-functional projects on day-to-day basis to ensure launches in time
- Preparation of materials for management team, sales division (selling stories, performance reviews)
- Leading a team of assistant and junior brand manager
- Умение вести 360 коммуникационные проекты локально (не только адаптация глобальных материалов, но собственные проекты – от работы над позиционированием бренда до написания креативных брифов и запуска рекламных кампаний)
- Опыт работы с собственным производством – опыт запусков новых продуктов (от анализа и создания концепций до реализации)
- Желание / умение работать с небольшой командой
- Знание глубокого анализа
- Умение работать с метриками бренда, знание инструментов роста
- Опыт работы в крупных международных / российских компаниях – FMCG
