Your Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance (P&L, EBITDA, revenues, costs)
• Build analytical models (driver-based models, KPI trees, value driver trees)
• Develop and enhance employee performance evaluation systems and productivity analyses
• Prepare management reports and materials for senior leadership
• Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize performance and results
• Create dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI or similar tools)
• Formulate insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of corporate financial models (P&L, EBITDA, revenue and cost drivers)
• Experience in building strategic models and KPI frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX)
• Ability to structure and solve complex business problems
• Experience preparing presentations for senior management
• Excellent English communication skills
