The Toll Management Specialist is mainly responsible for monitoring toll activity, preventing fraud and incorrect toll charges, and making sure all toll expenses match actual truck trips and routes. The position focuses on identifying mismatched, duplicate, or suspicious tolls, investigating the reason behind them, and disputing incorrect charges with toll providers to recover company losses. Daily tasks include reviewing toll charges through Bestpass and PrePass platforms, opening advance charges in DITAT, preparing financial and operational reports for trucks and drivers, and monitoring high-cost toll areas to help reduce unnecessary expenses. The specialist also manages toll devices by activating, deactivating, tracking inventory, and periodically checking devices assigned to drivers to ensure proper usage and prevent missing or unregistered equipment. The role also includes supporting department audits, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and improving business technology processes related to toll management, reporting systems, and device control. Possible KPI 2-5% of disputed and returned amount in future might be increased
