Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, business inputs, and customer demand
• Support product launches, promotions, and phase-in / phase-out activities
• Analyze forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory KPIs; propose improvement actions, and prepare regular dashboards and business analyses
• Convert demand plans into supply and replenishment plans to ensure product availability
• Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, excess stock, and stock shortages
• Place purchase orders with suppliers, align MAD (Material Availability Dates), and follow up on goods readiness
• Prepare goods collection plans for the Logistics Specialist
• Identify supply risks and proactively propose mitigation plans
• Supply chain department administrative work
• Certification, and obtaining of other permit documents

Requirements:

• University degree in Supply Chain or another technical field is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (a math test will be included as part of the hiring process)
• Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment
• Proactive, energetic, and self-driven
