National Sales Manager

Strategic Management:

  • Lead the strategy conceptualization in terms of selection of right customer, product and execution
  • Brainstorm and create new ideas to support organization goal and strategic objectives
  • Communicate organization core values, goals and objectives to empower field force to position solutions to clients, by understanding the competitive position of Dr. Reddy's & our unique value proposition
  • Understand customers, analyze impact of industry trends on customer behavior, research competitors and assist in adapting service offering to better meet their needs

Mandatory Skills, Education & Experience:

  • People management & coaching skills, Cross cultural orientation, Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, Strong communication skills
  • Languages English, Russian/Uzbek- Verbal, Oral, Written
  • Understanding of Uzbekistan Pharma market, key trends & KOL relationship, therapy knowledge, Territory and Geography knowledge, Promotion skills, Marketing management
  • Graduate Degree (preferably with MBA/PGD in promotion/marketing or in pharmaceutics)
  • At least 5-10 years of promotion management experience in pharma with people management
