As a language instructor at PolyglotWorks Academy, you will:

Teach students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels

Languages We Are Hiring For

We are currently hiring teachers for English

Candidate Requirements

We seek motivated and responsible teachers who meet the following criteria:

Fluency in the language they teach (native or near-native proficiency)

Prior teaching experience – we are looking for professional educators

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A minimum C1 proficiency in English for communication purposes (native English speakers are preferred)

Proficiency in Russian (C2/C1) and Kazakh (B2/C1) is an advantage

A teaching certification is preferred (e.g., TEFL, CELTA, DILS-PG, CEDILS, etc.)

Ability to provide proof of qualifications (diplomas, certificates, etc.)

Proof of language proficiency (certificates, diplomas, test scores)

Answers to the following questions in the cover letter:

• What teaching certifications do you hold?

• What levels (A1-C2) and age groups have you taught?

• Do you have experience preparing students for official exams (IELTS, TOEFL, CILS, CELI, PLIDA, etc.)?

• Are you currently working as a teacher? If so, where?

• Apart from the primary language you teach, what other languages do you speak and teach?

• Can you provide references or recommendation letters from previous employers or students?
