1. Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for non-driver positions in Kazakhstan & CIS market. This role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting business growth through effective workforce acquisition strategies.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines and hiring targets.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

B. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting for hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
• Continuously evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.

C. Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Serve as the primary recruitment contact for Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and hiring challenges.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure timely candidate communication and feedback.

D. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including hiring volume, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline conversion.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.

E. Employer Branding & Recruitment Projects

• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs, university engagement activities, and recruitment events.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvement projects and sourcing strategy enhancements.
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening GSM Global’s employer brand in Kazakhstan.

3. Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in fast-paced environment
• Experience in multinational, fast-paced, or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, customer service, or support functions is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and online recruitment tools.
• Good reporting, data management, and recruitment analytics skills.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Russian and/or Kazakh language skills are highly preferred.
