Duties:
- communication with clients;
- reviewing legislation and law enforcement practice and preparing reviews on selected legal topics;
- preparing written and verbal consultations:
- drafting legal documents (contracts, letters, opinions, law suits);
- other standard third-party lawyer's duties

Requirements:
- license of advocate in Uzbekistan (or capability to obtain it in 3-6 months);
- higher legal education;
- excellent written and spoken Russian and English;
- minimum of 3 years of total work experience in the commercial law sphere;
- minimum of 2 years experience of advising foreign investors on commercial law matters (as specified below);
- knowledge of such areas of law as contracts, mergers&acquisitions, administrative law (regulatory and licensing, competition, tax, environment), mining, corporate law, securities transactions, banking and finance, industry, and dispute resolution
- understanding of contemporary marketing practices;
- familiarity with international corporate ethics.
