A U.S.-based trucking and logistics company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

We are looking for a candidate who understands information security, can monitor digital risks, protect company systems, and support secure daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor company systems, accounts, emails, and internal platforms for security risks.
• Support protection of corporate data, files, user accounts, and confidential information.
• Identify and respond to suspicious activities, phishing attempts, unauthorized access, and potential cyber threats.
• Control user access rights, passwords, permissions, and account security.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and internal security standards.
• Monitor employee compliance with basic cybersecurity rules.
• Support secure usage of corporate email, cloud storage, communication tools, and work devices.
• Prepare basic security reports and incident summaries for management.
• Work with IT and management to improve system security and risk prevention.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT security, system administration, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, access control, phishing prevention, endpoint security, and data protection.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, antivirus/EDR tools, VPN, cloud security, and monitoring tools is preferred.
• Ability to detect suspicious activity and report risks clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Responsible attitude toward confidential information.
• Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
• Experience in logistics or trucking industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace security.
• Understanding of SIEM, DLP, endpoint monitoring, or user activity monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of incident response and basic security documentation.
• Ability to create simple cybersecurity guidelines for employees.
