- Monitor and improve sales process efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related role in retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
