We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee local accounting, tax compliance and financial operations of our energy projects in Kyrgyzstan.
Key Responsibilities:

Management of statutory accounting (1C system)
-
Supervision of local tax filings and compliance
-
Ensuring accuracy of monthly trial balance
-
Managing relationships with local banks
-
Oversight of daily treasury and payment processes
-
Monthly reporting to Istanbul-based IFRS team
-
Strong knowledge of Kyrgyz statutory accounting
-
Experience with 1C accounting system
-
Russian required, English/Turkish preferred
-
Minimum 15 years of finance experience
-
IFRS awareness preferred

Team management skills
