About the Role:
Fullflat is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Offline Manager to join our UAE team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand during in-home or on-site consultations, helping leads turn their furniture and interior vision into reality. You will manage the entire offline consultation cycle — from measuring and advising to upselling and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultation visits with leads who request an on-site meeting, representing the brand professionally and building trust.
• Help leads choose or confirm their ideal furniture package based on their interior style preference (lighter or darker) and approximate budget.
• Take accurate measurements of every room, windows, and the kitchen zone to prepare precise quotations.
• Upsell additional packages on-site — including appliances, curtains, lighting, decor, and mirrors — presenting them as logical completions of the lead’s vision.
• Take clear, well-lit photos of every zone (rooms, kitchen, bathroom), ensuring ceilings, walls, and natural light sources are clearly visible.
• Handle lead objections using approved scripts, including questions about showroom availability, pricing, and warranty.
• Record all selections, measurements, preferences, and agreed placements (e.g., ottoman position, sofa section configuration, bedside table conflicts) directly in the visit checklist during the visit.
• Paper work in CRM and Airtable

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and objection-handling skills.
• Highly organized with strict adherence to checklists and documentation protocols.
• Comfortable with on-site photography and basic mobile tools.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/ Filipino/Russian are a plus).
