Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Media
• Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, Corporate Affairs, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing communications teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication plans, PR campaigns, and reputation management initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations, stakeholder communications, and corporate communications.
• Experience in crisis communications, issues management, or business continuity communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or highly regulated environment.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, hospitality, telecommunications, retail, or other service industries will be considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with media monitoring, social listening, and communication analytics tools.
