A leading U.S. logistics company is looking for a skilled Box Truck Dispatcher to join our team!
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Box Truck Dispatching
Fluent English and Russian
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good multitasking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Willingness to work all shifts, including night shifts
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and manage box truck loads
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
