We’re a product-led IT company with 10+ years of experience building and scaling our own products in the dating industry.

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta & TikTok) to own and scale paid social acquisition across our products. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and profitability while managing significant budgets.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads and a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns using value-based optimization and ROAS-focused bidding strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook) and TikTok Ads campaigns in the dating industry; Snapchat Ads experience is a plus

• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns using value-based optimization and ROAS-focused bidding strategies

• Strong expertise in campaign scaling, audience testing, creative testing, and performance optimization

• Solid experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking

• Experience working with offline conversions, revenue imports, and value-based optimization

• Proven experience creating and scaling high-performing UGC and Reels-style creatives, including the use of AI tools for content production, testing, and iteration

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Experience setting up and managing tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Skro, or similar tracking solutions is a strong plus.

• Compensation: $5,000—$7,000 gross + revenue share tied to performance

• Working schedule: Sunday—Thursday, 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM (Israel time)
