We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team! The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating shipments, monitoring order fulfillment, and liaising with drivers and customers to ensure the smooth running of logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

- Planning and organizing international shipments;

- Ensuring that transport orders are fulfilled on time;

- Monitoring and optimizing routes;

- Maintaining constant contact with drivers and providing support in real-time situations;

- Resolving issues that arise during transport and making quick decisions in emergency situations;

- Searching for freight on European freight exchanges, corresponding with and negotiating with potential clients;

- Monitoring drivers’ work schedules and their compliance with traffic regulations.

Requirements:

- High level of English proficiency (minimum B2, preferably C1). You must have very good, fluent English, as training and all chat communications will be in English. Please do not apply for this position if you do not speak English;

- High level of proficiency in Russian, as many drivers speak Russian;

- Proficiency in using a computer is required. All candidates will take a computer proficiency test;

- Ability to make quick decisions and work under time pressure;

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;

- Knowledge of European geography;

- Knowledge of IT systems supporting dispatcher operations;

- Fast typing skills;

- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work in a team;

- Experience working as a dispatcher or in the transportation/logistics industry (preferred);

- Knowledge of traffic laws (welcome).

Training lasts 2 weeks. Trainees do not pay for training. The company covers the cost of the internship period if the trainee successfully completes it and is hired by ITK KJ. After training, the company decides whether to hire the trainee. If hired, the starting salary is $400 per month until the employee is assigned a company car, for which they will be responsible. From that point on, the base salary will be $600 plus bonuses.
