As our sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our presence in the Uzbekistani market. With a proven track record in medical device sales, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious sales targets.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Uzbekistani market

Identify and target key clients and develop strong relationships to secure new business

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials

Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and build brand awareness

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management

Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in the Uzbekistani market

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy

Knowledge of medical regulations and healthcare systems in Uzbekistan

Fluent in English, Russian & Uzbek

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within Uzbekistan and internationally as required
