Company Profile

A large international tobacco company, with the support of government agencies, is implementing a strategic investment project in Uzbekistan. The company is currently registering its legal entity and establishing its management team.

Hiring: Director of International Trade (1 position)

Job Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the company's import and export business; developing and implementing strategies for expanding into international markets;

Conducting international business negotiations, signing and managing import and export contracts;

Supervising the entire cross-border logistics process and optimizing supply chain efficiency;

Developing and maintaining relationships with international clients to increase international market share;

Building, training, and managing the international trade team to enhance the overall capabilities of the department;

Monitoring international trade policies and industry trends to support company decision-making.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English (excellent communication, business negotiation, and writing skills); Russian language skills preferred;

Experience: 5+ years of management experience in international trade or related fields; experience in the tobacco, FMCG, or raw materials industries is preferred.

Skills: Familiar with import/export procedures, international contract terms, and cross-border logistics management; possess team management skills;

Qualities: Possess market development capabilities, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: US$2,000 to US$3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications);

Project Bonus: Awarded based on performance and project completion, with no upper limit.
