Outbound Pipeline Specialist

Creally.io is an AI-native influencer marketing platform that enables brands and apps to find, outreach, and close deals with creators at scale. We are used by 40+ consumer apps, mobile gaming, and e-commerce teams — and we're growing fast.

To support that growth, we need someone to build and run the cold outbound machine that fills our Sales calendars with qualified demos.

This is a purely technical, execution-focused role. You are not selling — you are engineering the pipeline. Input is our ICP. Output is booked demos.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 2+ years of hands-on B2B cold outbound experience — email and LinkedIn

  • Deep technical knowledge of email deliverability: domain warming, DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inbox rotation, bounce management

  • Proficiency with Apollo.io: prospecting, list building, sequence management

  • Proficiency with Instantly.ai or equivalent cold email infrastructure tooling at scale

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi, or similar)

  • Strong research skills: ability to translate an ICP brief into targeted, qualified prospect lists, knowledge of tools like Sensortower, and other data analysis tools is a plus

  • Data-driven mindset — you track open rates, reply rates, demo conversion, and cost per demo, and act on the numbers

  • English — B2 and above

  • Russian is a plus

  • Proactivity and ability to work independently in a fully remote, async environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization at scale in outreach workflows

  • Background targeting influencer marketing, mobile gaming, consumer apps, or e-commerce verticals

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain cold outbound infrastructure across email and LinkedIn end-to-end — domains, inboxes, tooling, sequences

  • Research and build qualified prospect lists based on ICP briefs (consumer apps, e-commerce, influencer marketing teams)

  • Write and iterate outbound copy: subject lines, email sequences, LinkedIn messages

  • Manage domain and inbox health: monitor deliverability, rotate senders, handle bounces and complaints

  • Run experiments to improve open rate, reply rate, and demo booking rate

  • Report weekly on pipeline metrics: prospects sourced, emails sent, replies, demos booked, cost per demo

  • Maintain and improve the outbound playbook as the team scales
