• Developing and maintaining professional and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention;
• Monitoring accounting policies and practices to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and corporate standards;
• Driving CER’s commercial activities and expanding certification services across Kazakhstan, including market development and sales growth;
• Setting up, coordinating, delegating, supervising, and managing the overall certification organization in the country;
• Adjusting commercial and operational activities at strategic, tactical, and operational levels to achieve business objectives;
• Providing regular feedback to the management team and cross-functional departments to improve performance and service delivery;
• Leading and steering the operational organization within the framework of CER Management System, Code of Ethics, BV Group policies, and all applicable accreditation and licensing requirements;
• Managing the P&L of certification services, ensuring financial performance, profitability, and cost control;
• Managing and optimizing resources (human, technical, and operational) to ensure effective service delivery;
• Ensuring strong understanding of certification and auditing processes, including planning, execution, and review of audits in accordance with international standards;
• Demonstrating knowledge of auditors’ roles, competency requirements, qualification criteria, and audit methodologies (e.g., ISO 19011 guidelines);
• Possessing in-depth knowledge of relevant ISO standards and certification schemes, such as:
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
  • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
  • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
  • ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management)
  • ISO 27001 (Information Security)
  • other applicable sector-specific standards

Требования:

• 7+ years of experience in certification/auditing, including leadership experience;
• Proven track record in business development and service sales;
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001);
• Experience with P&L and budgeting;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
