Key responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process warranty claims from dealers and service centers.
- Monitor the correct preparation of warranty cases, including the availability of required documents, photo/video materials, diagnostic reports, and technical conclusions.
- Check the compliance of warranty claims with warranty terms, internal company procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain records of warranty cases, complaints, technical inquiries, and their review statuses.
- Coordinate the warranty claim approval process with the manufacturer and internal departments.
- Analyze recurring defects, technical issues, and customer complaints to identify systemic problems.
- Prepare reports on warranty cases, vehicle quality, defects, complaints, and dealer network performance.
- Participate in monitoring the quality of dealers’ and service centers’ work, including compliance with service standards.
- Provide advisory support to dealers on warranty, quality, technical procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
- Participate in the development and updating of internal instructions, procedures, and regulations related to warranty service.
- Interact with the spare parts, service, sales, logistics, and technical support departments on warranty-related matters.
- Monitor the timely closure of warranty claims and the correct recording of data in accounting and management systems.
- Participate in the preparation of training materials for dealers on warranty processes and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in a technical, automotive, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry, service center, dealer network, warranty department, or quality field will be an advantage.
- Understanding of after-sales service processes, warranty repair, and service center operations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle structure and common technical issues.
- Ability to work with technical documentation, acts, reports, and warranty claims.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and responsibility.
- Strong business communication skills and the ability to interact with dealers, service centers, and internal departments.
- Confident user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Russian, Uzbek, and English languages.
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and meet established deadlines.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, DMS, or other accounting/management systems will be an advantage.
