Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ordering books, journals, and other resources for the library.
• Cataloguing and keeping track of all library materials.
• Overseeing the organization and care of library resources.
• Delivering engaging library sessions, allowing children to access and enjoy exciting reading materials.
• Conducting reading hours with children, recommending books tailored to their interests and age levels.
• Organizing various library events involving parents, children, and staff to foster a love of reading among students.
• Ensuring that the library offers a tidy, colorful, and stimulating environment where children can enjoy reading.
• Advising academic staff on suitable materials for their courses.
• Keeping records of the library's activities and submitting established reports.

Requirements:

• Higher Degree or Diploma.
• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
• Advanced level of English, Kazakh, and Russian.
• Passion for reading and organizing interactive events.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children.

• Full-time position: Monday-Friday(8 am - 5 pm)
