About Loot

Loot is building a new generation of performance marketing powered by AI.

We are not looking for a traditional Motion Designer.

We're looking for someone who combines:

• Motion Design
• Video Editing
• UGC Creation
• Creative Strategy
• AI Content Production

Your primary goal is simple:

Create advertising creatives that generate revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Produce high-volume ad creatives for Meta & TikTok
• Create UGC-style advertisements
• Use AI tools throughout the creative workflow
• Turn winning concepts into multiple creative variations
• Collaborate closely with media buyers
• Analyze creative performance and iterate quickly
• Test new hooks, angles, and creative hypotheses

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of Motion Design / Video Editing experience
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong English communication skills
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok ecosystems

AI Tools Experience:

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

• Runway
• Kling
• Sora
• Veo
• Higgsfield
• Midjourney
• Seedream
• ElevenLabs
• CapCut
• Descript
• Adobe Firefly

Ideal Background:

Experience in one or more of:

• Affiliate Marketing
• Nutra
• E-commerce

Success Metrics:

• Hook Rate
• Hold Rate
• CTR
• CPA
• Conversion Rate
• Number of winning creatives
• Creative production speed
