What will you do?

• Analyze monetization funnels and identify areas for improvement

• Balance revenue growth with user retention

• Improve conversion rates and increase the number of loyal, paying users

• Develop and implement improvements to web onboarding flows

• Run A/B tests, generate hypotheses, and communicate results through structured reporting

• Collaborate closely with analytics teams and product managers

What should you have?

• 2+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager, with a focus on B2C products (app/web2web/web2app funnels)

• Proven experience in optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar platforms

• Solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and translate insights into impactful solutions

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, designers, and marketers

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency and familiarity with product, marketing, and analytics terminology

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR

• Proven track record of launching new products or funnels from scratch

• Experience building analytics architecture and setting up event tracking
